- Customized items: Additional 3–5 days

2. Domestic Shipping
- Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000
- ₹150 flat fee for orders below ₹5,000
- Delivery: 3–6 working days after dispatch

3. International Shipping
- Charges calculated at checkout
- Delivery: 6–10 working days
- Duties/VAT borne by the recipient

4. Express Shipping
- Available for select orders before 2:00 PM IST
- 2–3 day dispatch with extra fee

5. Courier & Delivery
- 2 delivery attempts
- Re-shipping fees apply for failed deliveries

6. Packaging & Tampering
- Tamper-proof packaging
- Report damage with photos before accepting

7. Address Changes

8. Tracking
- Info available via My Account > Orders

9. Storage
- ₹500/week for holding goods post 3 months

10. Delays
- We support tracking issues but aren’t liable for courier delays
