Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 48 hours only for damaged or defective items.

1. Return Eligibility
- Must be unused, with tags and packaging intact
- Request must be emailed within 2 days of delivery with unboxing video/photos

2. Not Accepted If:
- Wrong size, color variation, sale items, or international orders

3. Return Process

- Return within 15 days (10 days for sale items)

4. Return Shipping Cost
- Customer pays unless error is from our end (₹150 reimbursed max)

5. Refunds
- Store credit or original payment method
- Processed in 7–10 working days (UPI may require extra info)
- ₹300 deducted if we handle return shipping

6. Damaged Delivery
- Refuse delivery and report immediately

7. Cancellations
- Allowed within 2 hours of order (except custom items)
